I've had my pan about a year and it is the greatest saute pan I own. The heat distribution is wonderful. I have used it for everything from shrimp scampi to eggplant parmesan. The pan goes from stove top to oven flawlessly. Everyone who loves to cook at home should have one.

Never really owned a truly 5 star pan before! I had no reference for how much better this pan performs compared with other pans I have owned. The heat distribution is outstanding and it puts a beautiful sear on meats. Sauces cook wonderfully and reduction is a breeze. Now I want the entire set!
