I purchased the 11" nonstick pan and use it for all of my cooking! Not only is this pan great to cook with, it's very easy to clean. Food is cooked quickly and evenly. Furthermore, in the past, any type of sauce would stick to the pan and be a nuisance to try and clean. With this pan, cooking is fast and so is clean up. As a working mom, convenience is everything and this pan has been great.
